Vivo X90 series pricing leaks ahead of April 26 launch

Vivo is all set to launch its top-tier line of smartphones in India named the Vivo X90 series. The company has announced the Vivo X90 launch date to be April 26. The series is expected to have two new phones viz. X90 as the base model and X90 Pro as the top model. The two models have already been launched in the global markets.  So, we know their specs and now a new leak by The TechOutLook has revealed the likely pricing for the Indian market.

As per the leak, the  8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Vivo X90 could cost you ₹59,999 and the higher 12+256GB model could set you back by ₹63,999. The Vivo X90 Pro could meanwhile come in just a 12+256GB variant priced at ₹84,999 in India.

The X90 series offers quite similar specifications for the two models. X90 and X90 Pro have a similar display, software and processor. 

The smartphones offer a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate support. The screen brightness can be explored up to 1300 nits. 

Under the hood, the X90 and X90 Pro feature MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC. 

Android 13 could come on top of this hardware along with Funtouch OS 13 skin.

Both the smartphones are likely to ship with a 32MP front camera too. 

The devices majorly differ in the battery and rear camera specifications. 

The X90 Pro features a 50MP 1-inch Sony IMX989 primary camera sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX758 portrait sensor, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. 

As for the battery functionalities, X90 Pro comprises a 4,870mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. 

Meanwhile, the vanilla X90 supports a 4810mAh battery with 120W fast charging. Camera-wise you are getting a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP portrait telephoto lens. 

The X90 series also features an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.3 support, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac.
