It connects with your smartphone via BLE 5.0. You can run it on phones with either iOS 14 and above or Android 6 and above. You just have to install the Noisefit app on the phone to control the ring’s settings and see the stats.
Speaking of stats, using the Luna ring, you can keep track of 70+ health metrics including heart rate, SpO2, sleep, body temperature, etc.
It is rated to last for 7 days on a 60-minute charge.
If you’re thinking why a ring when there are plenty of smartwatches and fitness bands out there, it is because a ring is more personal and you are likely to wear it always up and close, unlike a watch or band.
Sorry for any confusion here. We do not yet ship to India because we do not have the approval to import hardware components unique to Gen3 in this country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
— ŌURA (@ouraring) April 19, 2022Noise is not the only brand in this business. You may have heard of Oura Rings, but unfortunately, that is not available in the country yet. So, Noise has got no serious competition yet. Also unlike some of its other competitors which are either just announced or are only in the patent application stage, the Noise ring is available for pre-order now.
